The Plot:  The Broken Cage

Seasons change but what changes with them? Deep in the woods in a long-forgotten corner of Sidleterra, an ancient creature has been under secret guard for a long time. According to myth, when the seasons change so do the guards that watch over it. The rumors and myths proved true when you were selected by a secret organization to be the next of protectors during this changing of the guards. But, as you were led there in secret, you find the worst-case scenario: the cage is broken, the guards are lost, and the creature is gone. What was this creature? Why was it guarded? And where is it now? With no guards, you will have to find out for yourself…

Join us for an epic adventure offered both online and offline this September for two weeks (Monday – Friday, September 7th-11th and September 14th-18th). You can join us for the full day of the adventure or just for half-days in the mornings.

ONLINE (space is limited)

When you enter the mythical world of Sidleterra, intrigue is around every corner. From STEM-based experiments to virtual sword or NERF battles, your homebound hero’s journey is both exciting and educational.  Our online adventures get your hero up and out of their chair and physically as well as socially engaged.

Each day’s adventure runs from 9am-3pm full day and 9am-12pm half day for ages 8-12 with extended day options available. Participants need computers with a video camera and a microphone. Access to a portable device for use outdoors is not required but encouraged. We have live instructors working with your hero via our Zoom and Google Classroom conference platforms. Once registered, we will send digital files containing projects to complete for the hero to help with the physical exercise aspect of the adventures.
