With over 25 years in museums and non-profit organizations, Mary is a passionate, joyful and strategic catalyst, helping organizations create a brighter future for the people they serve.  She recently shifted her trajectory, trading full-time museum leadership for a broader and more impactful path as a fractional CXO/COO.  She specializes in supporting museums and non-profits in cultivating exceptional and transformative teams, spaces and experiences.
