To create customized learning paths, she applies the learning sciences, design thinking, ADDIE, universal design for learning, and backwards design. She develops eLearning using tools like Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Camtasia. Her background working with learners of all ages and from diverse cultural contexts enables her to design programs that are inclusive, engaging, and effective.
