Thank you for helping us

I would like to personally extend a heartfelt “Thank You” to all of our students, parents, and community who have reached out to us to offer support, suggestions, and even just well wishes. We are in this for the long haul and our staff are working hard to keep our community connected.
Many of you have asked how you can help – which is utterly appreciated in this challenging time for all small businesses and also for you, our community.

Here are some ideas of how you can help Guardian Adventures:

* Leave a raving 5 star review on Google, Facebook, or Yelp
* Engage with our posts on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram and share information about our cool new online classes and events
* Sign up for or tell your friends about our Spring Break Adventures which will be running via Google Classroom if the quarantine is still in effect
* Send us an email with a testimonial about what you like about Guardian Adventures so we can use it in our marketing

During the quarantine, all of our staff are still fully employed by our company. So every little thing you can do to help out is appreciated!

We have also had some members ask about upgrading to more classes or inviting their friends to try a class. These are absolutely possible. The procedures are essentially the same as if we were not running virtually. In order to add or upgrade to another class, you would talk to your instructor to see if the class is a good fit. If so, we would set up a semi-private Google Classroom lesson where you would meet with the new class instructor and then after, try the class out. If everything goes well, you will fill out the online Change Form to add the class and our billing department will take it from there.

The process is essentially the same for your friends who want to try out a class. They would purchase a Trial Package and we would set them up with 2 online semi-private lessons and classes to see if they want to join. We are looking into having our vendors send the swords or NERF blasters directly to them as part of the Trial Package. If this isn’t possible, we will have it available for pick up as soon as the castle is open again.

We are also providing the following 2 free online events for our community and your friends. We will be adding more over the coming weeks as we work to give you a place to belong in this time of isolation.

Thank you again for all of your help in keeping our wonderful community thriving and connecting.  We are confident that we will all weather this tough time together by reaching out and staying involved.  We can be secluded but not isolated.  All we have to do is open our hearts and offer our (virtual) hand.
Warmly,
Meghan
